Even with the Gravatar Guide I can't change my profile pic...

So I was trying to change my avatar with gravatar so I use the email I have confirmed twice and it says Error: No Gravatar Account Found..? and I just want to have a profile picture..

Does the Gravatar account have an actual image assigned to it? Like, did you go into your gravatar account and upload an image to use?

Go to https://en.gravatar.com/, and login. Does it work?

If it does, weird.
If not, create a new account (if you can, you may need a new email) and try that? Otherwise I have no clue. You could ask your account to be deleted and you can create a new one, but you have posts so I suggest that as a last resort.

It didn't work for me either till I tried to change it on my phone. Worked fine then.

Alternatively, you can use the 'use a custom avatar' function to upload an image from your computer. While it doesn't offer consistency across multiple forums like Gravatar does, they achieve the more or less the same thing. Just make sure the image is a .jpg image as they're generally smaller than other filetypes (these forums won't except any images >50KB in size).
