Spamming is not just writing the same thing, it's flooding the chat. If someone says, "spam" and then "spams" and add an "s" every time it would be considered spam.

Kezzer, problem with Bukkit and new Minecraft Updates is that Bukkit will do a ton of crapbugs. So I doubt it will be 'less buggy'
