Crashing a lot

This happens to me too, but only when I'm playing on a wireless connection. Try playing using a wired connection and see if that fixes it.

If you are using a wireless router, try restarting it. (unplug it and wait for 10 seconds and all of the lights to be turned off and then plug it back in). After that, I would also make sure you aren't using any other applications at the same time as playing on the servers (this includes Google Chrome or Internet Explorer). This may not 'fix' the crashes, but it should make them happen a lot less.
