I got permanent banned for "hacking" I had proof I wasn't so they unbanned me, so I guess in that case it wouldn't have been a good idea for my score to be reset.

I believe it would be once a proper amount of time for a dispute had passed that the scores would be reset.

It should at least delete their score if they are permanent banned for hacking?

Just a suggestion though.

I thought this actually happened, until i saw a hacker on the leaderboards that i know got banned because i reported him This needs to happen, no excuses.

Yeah, if they haven't posted a ban dispute within 2 weeks there score or whatever should be deleted. Which I think is a fair amount of time.

I thought it was going to happen for the mcsg community, in a thread that I saw but..
