I got banned on TeamSpeak

I got banned from TeamSpeak for "Impersonating Staff". Ik there is a mod on McGamer named Krakan. Im teamspeak I'm named Kraken. First of all. My IGn is krakenmaster21. All forum pages and servers people call me kraken. I feel like this is a mistake on banning me from the TeamSpeak.
