Banned while lagging and not even hacking.

I just got banned for 1 minute for "Xime Anti-Cheat: Detected use of Hack Client". I was lagging at the time and now I apparently hack. I know that it was only for 1 minute, but this still sorta annoys me. Please fix.

You obviously had Better Sprint Mod, which I believe is a 1 minute ban which is permanently logged. BSM is not allowed on MCSG, which is the reason you got banned.

The Xime anti-cheat system has incredible accuracy. Clearly you've done something that upsets this like using BSM on our servers.

Well i wasn't using Better Sprint mod or any other hacks except OptiFine so I think your "incredibly accurate" system is a bit dodgy. I was very laggy since my brother was downloading a movie but thats it.

The detection system detects the mod telling the server you have BSM enabled. If that's not foolproof enough for you, I don't know what is.
I suggest you stop arguing now.

And also, Bowser25000 was in my game. So if I was using BSM, he would have done something about it. It was obviously an ban issued by the Anti Cheat so please fix it for lagging players.

Wait, maybe you weren't using BSM. There are also detectors for damage indicators and regeneration hacks. Where you using either of those?

Every once in a while, our system mistakes bad or below average ping as a detected hacked client and it will ban them for one minute. However, these are nothing to worry about, and you do not need to worry about the ban affecting anything that you plan to do, such as applying for staff.
