Description of the bug: When I join TeamSpeak, I want to join the premium chat. On my account, kelz11 I have had Platinum Donor for months. When I go to join the Premium chat, it says "Insufficient Rank". How do I fix that?

Poke an admin or Sr.Mod saying "Can I have Platinum Donor Rank on TS? My IGN is kelz11.

I can't. When I go to poke a Sr.Mod (KellieBreanne) it says "Insufficient Permissions"

The reason you are getting this error is because KellieBreanne is set to a certain server group that allows only certain people to poke/message her. Also, if you do not have your donor rank, poke any member of staff and we can take care of that issue for you!
