Hey i was reading around about the MC EULA and seeing about what they are doing and I was wondering if non donors would still be able to buy ranks like Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Platinum after August 1st the start of the EULA ?

Yes you will be able to as MCG does not violate the MC EULA.

Yes. Since the EULA is only for servers who have "pay-to-win", mcsg will not be shutting down, nor getting rid if ranks.
