Kicking and lagging!

Hello! Mcgamer is kicking and does me lagging and my friend too! Please fix that! WE cant play! WE CANT GET ANY WIN! AND ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM. ( sorry for caps ).

First of all I'd like to say sorry for any inconveniences the lag may have caused. It may be you or the server, it really depends on the error code when you are 'kicked'. Could you please show me the message that is displayed when you lag out?
