I bought Platinum and it hasn't appeared in game?

Hey, I bought the Platinum sponsor on the account SquishyAlyssa about 2 days ago and it still hasn't showed up in game? I talked to mods and sr. staff telling me to do /upgrade, login and out, make sure its the right username and then contact support e-mails but nothing has worked.. I'm very concerned about this because I did donate lots of money and I have proof of purchase from these screenshots.. Please get back to me ASAP!
