This guy is clearly new here, couldn't you be a bit nicer?
As for the question, you can't directly buy points because well, not that many people care about them quite frankly. If you are really desperate for points I believe each donor rank comes with a certain amount of points.

And I'm pretty sure donors don't actually get the points monthly as promised, so if points are what you're looking for, I don't recommend doing that

Buying points kind of defeat the purpose of them.. You're supposed to get them by killing players in-game, and and winning. To show "skill", you could say (though not in all cases, like getting 5,000 points from tryharding a guy with a bounty). Besides, no one really cares about points, and buying them so you could have a few little numbers next to your name is pretty pointless.

As a platinum donor you get 500 points each month. As a diamond donor, gold donor or iron donor you also get a point bounty each month, but smaller amounts as thry are less extensive.

I'd just like to point out that under Mojang's new EULA, which you agreed to by installing and playing on 1.7.10 or higher, you are not allowed to purchase (or sell, if you're a server owner) any form of in-game currency. This includes Bounty points in MCSG, as they can be used to sponsor, or "buy" in-game items depending on how you see it.
Also, this feature would make MCSG lean more towards a Pay-To-Win type of server.
I'm not entirely sure about right now because of the new EULA, but I know that in the recent past (and possibly currently as well, I didn't check) donor ranks gave you extra points per month based on which rank you were. This is essentially a once-per-month sort of way to buy points, in small quantities.
This, as well, violates the new EULA as explained above.

The EULA prevents us from making this an option, so this is pointless. Pun intended.
But really, even if it wasn't in the way, a majority of the community doesn't care about points enough to actually purchase them. They're just a rating system for players to show off, and being able to buy them ruins the purpose.
