First Blood Bounty Addition?

Is this a good idea to implement?

Hello there MCSG, I have a cool feature addition idea that could be used to spicing up games a little bit. As you can tell from the title, the addition is a First Blood feature from many other games/gamemodes! The new addition to this, however, is that the person whoever got the first kill might get double the bounty points! So, if I got First Blood and that person was worth maybe 20 points, I would have gotten 40 from that person. Also, if you do get First Blood, it would tell you, and you only, when you got it, for a little achievement surprise. This can help people think to either go to spawn and risk loosing points, or to be risky and gain some good bounty.

**A small side note here, maybe with discussion from this thread, we could implement if the person would lose the 40 points or the regular 20. I would keep it 20, to keep it fair for the victim**

But, there may be some issues with this plan, especially for Mods, VIP's, ect. They DO have the option to scramble their votes, yes. But also maybe add an option to where they get a "UnBlood" feature to where they are immune of the "First Blood" effect, BUT they cannot earn it themselves, to keep it fair. This can prevent targeting to higher members of the community, and from the Staff/VIP to abuse getting points.

So, what are your opinions? If there should be anything balanced or changed, feel free to discuss!

EDIT: With Ideas from ThappleTree (And Mooclan) to maybe get an extra 50 or so points from First Blood, rather than double the points, just to keep it from getting too much.

Interesting idea but I feel that it may cause some problems such as targeting even more. If someone has a lot of points and someone sees that, then they might target that person even more than they would because they are getting double the points.

Maybe if the person has 1,000 or more points, it could only have a max gain of maybe 250-400 extra points gained instead of the double points, so they don't loose it all? (If not VIP/Staff)

Or, perhaps, simply set an extra X amount of points. For example, you get an extra 10 points whether you kill someone with 50 points or 500.

I think the points earned from this shouldn't be based off the players bounty, but a static amount. So if say the person who gets first blood will get say 50 bonus points. I think this would be a cool idea, maybe we could add other achievements like getting a double kill or a long shot could give you extra points as well.

Forgot to post on this yestreday! :p

I like the idea! :D The only obstacle Id find would be if it is actually implementable (that word exists right xD), I think it would be, but that should be said by a Developer.
