Have never been on TS but banned?

Description of the bug:

Well, I tried to join MCSG's teamspeak for the first time when I got a message saying "You are perm banned. Reason: "please change name". This was confusing as my name is Adultchild on TS...

I've tried different profiles etc but it doesn't work. If someone could tell me the reason why, that would be great.

Maybe you joined the teamspeak with the name "Teasmpeak User". My friend did that and he got permabanned. Try making a ban dispute.

Maybe someone was using a VPN that was connected to your IP address? Not 100% sure, but if that didn't happen... Then change your name c:

As previously stated, I changed profiles which required a name change each time. I've tried that several times, and no oe uses my VPN.

No, that's not what I mean, a VPN is a Virtual Private Network, which checks for IP address on the internet on any website that can be taken and then takes the IP's and provides them to users, maybe a randy might have gotten you IP and messed about, not sure.
But, you can't a personal VPN, that's kind of illegal.

Even if you change profile's your TS ID will still be linked to the IP address you got banned on, so I would suggest making a Ban Dispute.

This has happened to me aswell, it is vital for me; I want my chances of being accepted to be higher, so that means communicating with other staff members. I can't do that with this problem. Try making a ban dispute, I did.
