They should only add leather armor because iron would be just 2 op.

I believe Chad was looking to revamp the sponsor system completely, but I can't say any more than that. Do not expect it soon, however, as it isn't a great priority compared to other things on the to-do list.

I think Chad should add that once you sponsor a player the item is sponsored but you can responsor it but the value of points to sponsor it again is tripled.
Example;
1st Sponsor; 75 Points
2nd Sponsor; 225 Points
3rd Sponsor; 675 Points
And so on, Inceasing in value by x3
