So about giving away disguises...

Why is this allowed? Like, discouraged but allowed. It completely ruins the point of disguising if you have little kids every game going (disguised player) is (semi-obvious but not as obvious as before disguise name)

I had a compilation of 500+ screenshots of people saying Darkrai is _____, but alas I accidentally deleted it.. Forgot to mention that in the OP

I went through a phase of disguising that lasted about 20 games. I would say at least 8 of those, someone said I was disguised. It doesn't help either that it is so easy to figure out if someone is disguised.

I have never been in a game where someone has not given away my disguise.

Giving away someone's disguise name is kickable. We understand that it isn't exactly ideal for the person who is disguised, but we rather work on make it harder to find out than punish people who do give it away

Well I can't disguise since I have no donor.

You may say, that's not that bad? You don't have too many wins and you aren't really important. But alas, my name has the word "hack" in it and that means Insta randy teams for me to fight.

Wanna get a teammate to fight me? It's this simple:

It's punishable, but people don't have the thought when their disguise is revealed to report them.
Even then, the first-time offense for something like this is only a kick as Pieter said.
