Visible Spectators

Hey dudes!
So I was playing a HG and basically a team was coming at me. Being the guy I am I fight them but a spectator that was visible was in the fight also and I thought he was a real player so I try to kill him first but get killed cause i was hitting the spectator xD

Point is that I wanted to ask when that glitch will be fixed ?

Actually, this glitch rarely happens. It only happens when the server was not able to kick a 25th person in time or when a donator joins right when the game starts. As far as I know, the developers are aware about this glitch and they are trying to get it resolved as soon as possible.
