Best screenflow 4 video settings?

Hey there everyone. At the moment, I'm trying to upload a video of a minute and a half and it takes over an hour to upload to YouTube. I use Screenflow 4 as my recording software. Does anyone know what the best settings are to get a video of a decent quality and with good upload speed? I will most likely only upload videos in 720p.

If you have other recommendations for my settings to get better audio/video quality for instance, feel free to leave some suggestions for that as well. They would be very appreciated.

Try to set Compressor Quality to High instead of Best, as this will make the file bigger and longer upload speed.

Dont use it! this is a bad recording software, to record I use Mirillis Action, this program gives you a lot of FPS's and is easy to use

I'll have to start saving up my money then. But until then, any suggestions for Screenflow itself or am I good with the settings that I have currently?
