There would be no doubt there would need to be a system that logs it and that there will be a swear filter. Maybe they can implement a report button on there so you can instantly be taken to the Report Abuse section?

Well people even receive inappropriate messages in the general chat as well, so it's not a unique situation.

I realise, but what do you think they will write? "OMG I LUV UR VIDZ!!!!". Pointless, why not just add /tell? Not everyone will bother to read it, it would cram their inventory, and when you're being chased you probably wouldn't stop to read a note.
