Posting in the media section

When I try to post in the media section it doesn't let me. I'm posting the link to my video in the place where it says URL, but then it says "Media did not match any supported services." Am I doing it correctly?

Do as follows:

1. Type what you want the link to show as.
2. Highlight what you wanted the link to show as.
3. Click on the "Link Button" (looks like a paperclip)
4. On that screen type the exact link by copying and pasting it in.

If this doesn't work, make sure to reply.

If scott46743 's suggestion doesn't work, try changing the "https://" in front of your URL(if you have it) to "http://".
