I'm fairly sure silent join is reserved for Staff and VIP, but saying the disguised name rather than the actual name when a player joins would be amazing in and of itself.

Silent join, disguised name join, whatever works.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when you join and you're disguised, doesn't it have your disguised name already? If so, then no one would know it was you, so there wouldn't really be a point in a silent join.

Yes you can if you disguise in a lobby then leave and then join another game, you're automatically disguised.....you know nothing you're just a iron donor

When you join a server, even if you're disguised your actual name and actual rank will join, you will be disguised but that joining message alerts everyone you're there.
