Silent Join for disguised players

As simple as the title is, give disguised players silent join. There is absolutely no point of having /d if you can see when the player joins. If not silent join, at least say when the disguised player has joined have it as the disguised name that has joined.

I'm fairly sure silent join is reserved for Staff and VIP, but saying the disguised name rather than the actual name when a player joins would be amazing in and of itself.

I would love this but I think they would reserve silent join to VIP and staff.

1. Make it so it says disguised player has joined instead of the actual player
2. Fix /stats tab so it doesn't spoil the disguised players identity
3. Targeting gone
