Phoenix has never copied you, and you have not copied Phoenix's. Your thread was like that before ours, however I got no inspiration from you and there are large differences, some bits may be similar but that doesn't mean it is a copy, lol.
Also upon looking at both threads the similarity is the layout/structure, however you'd like to call it. Breaking it down;

It's stated in the description to have a better chance of joining come on our TS, which is why it's there.
- Clan information
Admittably I did get this idea from looking at other clan threads. xD, a lot of clans have it and not just you though. c;
- Requirements
I see no requirements on your page lol
- Rank explanation and roster
Explaining what rank does what is something we've always had on our page before endgamers started, the win requirement rank is also something you don't have. That of course leads to the roster.
- Clan battle wins
Generally at the bottom of all clan pages, lol.
Then the colour scheme is completely different and you have multiple other categories that are different to ours and stuff, blah blah
Anyhow, if you continue to persist that we 'copied you' even though I created it without looking at your page, think of it like this. A clan as prosperous as Phoenix likes the look of your clan page <3 (yours is amazing, and much better than ours lol)
