I would say a lot more than 5-10$ because resetting stats shouldn't be able to be reset very often. Most people have 5-10$ and would result in huge stat resets. Also, a flaw to the system, if it was anything like donor buying, someone could buy a staff reset to - let's just say - Huahwi and get his amazing stats set to nothing. That's just my opinion.

Resetting your stats is stats is not possible, and will most likely never be, as it ruins the point of our leaderboard.
