Should Getting OP items on Vida Cova be a bannble offense?

I have been getting very annoyed at people getting the OP items on vida cova recently as it happens every game, it ruins the game for me and everyone else who is also in the game, I think that until the next map update where it is removed, getting the OP items should be a bannable or at least kickable offense.

Really??? I thought that it was just at most a kickable offense, when i was in a game a mod came in and told the player to get rid of it all, they didn't then the mod just kicked him/her.

It is kickable, and bannable if they commit the offence about 5-7 or more times. Also, the map is scheduled to be removed soon, I believe.
