Please Add the Contest Winners

It's been over two months since the judging was completed on the kit pvp map contest. Is it fair to ask when the maps will be added? It's frustrating as a builder to have your accepted map be put on the shelve for no well explained reason.

Secondly, send an e-mail to [email protected] as Dave's the leader - that I last heard - of the map committee still, and would be the one most likely to have an answer for you.

I posted this in "feature suggestions for battlegrounds" (you can't see the battlegrounds part). I think this is the correct section, as I am suggesting something that relates to battlegrounds.

I would kinda like to hear some feedback about this and not just a direct answer.

To the first: to my eye, it looked more like you were asking a question rather than suggesting anything.

To the second: who knows why the staff respond to regular users so irregularly? They claim it's simply the demands on their time. My cynical side says they're either ignoring it, putting it off (waiting for a date to actually have a map committee meeting for any/all gametypes, or they've forgotten about it completely for whatever reason.

I honestly don't know why they haven't come out with anything yet, but you wanted my guesses. You now have my best guesses. Good day I suppose.

My map came in third for the Battleground contest and I haven't heard of any progress with adding them to the servers. I hope they get added soon and I feel the frustration that you feel Joel. If I hear any word about it I will message you immediately. As for the reason they haven't been uploaded is probably since developers are busy and I don't think there is an quick easy way to set up the maps and the spawn points. Hope this helped.

Every update takes time. Dave isn't as skilled as a developer then our main ones.
Dave knows how to set everything up but he doesn't have the support to complete the server to the maximum. That's why it takes time.

The reason that the maps are not being released is because we are waiting for a higher demand of players. We have released the first place map and we will release the rest in their respective order when we have a high demand of players on battlegrounds.
