Freezing lag

Omitting the amount of hackers and the disconnects from servers going on on MCSG, there is an issue which most of you must have seen, and it's happening to almost everyone:

The issue is that every now and then you get freezed on the others' screen (and ur clock does); what's even more fun is that they can hit you while you are like that.

Now, to win a game you dont have to be good, you just have to run till the other's connection gets freezed, then kill him, and you have done it.

If u weren't aware, now u know; please devs fix it.

(Maybe it's not anyone fault, but MCSG is becoming unplayable if u add the hackers, which could be dealt if u are very good, to the freezing lag; and you are losing hundreds of users).

Well, idk what u said is, I only know that the freezing lag isn't global, it's just one or two persons in the game, so it gives advantage to the others...

Well if it is just one or 2 people, it isnt the servers and if you dont know what a ddoss is *facepalm*

Then you are not playing on EU, cause I have won so many games killing ppl that is frozen You should try to stop thinkin you are the best in everything, kiddo

lel i dont think im the best just defending myself against some eu kid who thinks hes better than me and complains about a small amount of lag (you said 1 or 2 people a game) then say its a huge problem...

Let me explain you to this in the simplest of ways because you clearly seem to be having trouble understanding the situation.

I my self have been an EU moderator for a very long time, I did resign at one point yes but I came back about 2 months after. What I can tell you about your "hacker" situation is that we're attempting to deal with the situation as fast as possible. It's impossible for us to stop all the hackers at once when so many mods come and go daily. Considering that our staff team is very little and our player base is very large we are having a hard time dealing with all the hackers. Now you might take a huge guess and say "Oh well, moderator applications are open that means you're getting more moderators meaning that it shouldn't be too hard!". Well, I believe that the senior staff and the administrative staff would agree with me if I said that they only hire the best of the best and when the senior staff have THOUSANDS of applications to go through it's very hard to find that one person that stands out from everyone else. We are looking for talent, productivity, creativity and good sports. That means most of the moderator applications do get denied since they do not reach the requirements and as I stated before since the moderators leave very often it's hard to get a hold of them. That's why we're having a struggle here in the EU.
As an EU moderator my self I should be ashamed of how the servers current state is and I should try to make a change but analystics show that the amount of hackers has gone up over 900 bans in 3 months or so. They just keep on coming and they bring in more waves. Even though it's very hard this is why we were hired we are the first line of defence against any type of attack or disturbance that is caused on the MCGamer servers. I promise you I really am promising you that a change wil happen very soon, just give us a while to gather each other and come in strong get all the hackers out of our servers.

About the ghosting situation, many people have said it's caused by NCP (No Cheat Plus) which is the Anti-Cheating plugin we have on our servers but it is not. I believe ghosting has something to do with trafic etc but the developers haven't really gotten a solid trace it on. But I can assure you that our developers can get around that situation and possibly fix it. You just need to give us time with all the stress we're getting and since we're all in different time zones it gets pretty hard.

Well, first of all, after the multiple posts I've made about hacks, lag, mod applications, ... You have been the first mod that has recognized that the situation is bad and it's becoming worse at the time, so I really appreciate you not doing like others did. It was like "You are a complainer, everything is ok. *thread locked*", and that really annoyed me.

Also, I am not a complainer if it seemed so, I just wanted to report the lag bug and make the staff see the situation from a member point of view (in case it hadn't been seen).

About the Mod application's, I hope it's true that you are recruiting lots of mods to combat the hackers and I understand that there are thousands of applications a day. I tryed to do application to be a moderator, cause I think I could be helpful for the servers, unluckily, it seems that my application didn't even get revised cause I was banned ONCE for saying ONE word to another person (I will try to get that ban removed cause it was unfair for another reason, doe).

Finally, the lag issue that I was trying to report is not the NCP, that when you run makes you go back where you were, I am talking about another issue (I am not sure if you understood me). I am talking about an issue where others see you flying in the air, or standing still on the floor, while that is happening your clock numbers are not moving but in your screen is Ok, but suddenly you appear dead. And I repeat, this is not an issue of my connection, it has happened to lots of friends and ppl from other countries which I see in the games.
