I usually get 60-70 ms to MCSG servers, but lately all the servers I play on I get over 600 ms. I tried restarting my router/modem, computer and I re installed Minecraft, but nothing helped. If anyone knows how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated!

Are you downloading/uploading things? That normally causes that to happen.

What company do you get your router from? (such as Frontier)

Sounds like some sort of a routing issue on your end possibly?
Try pinging something else, like google.com, and seeing the latency?
Can you provide a traceroute? ("tracert us.mcgamer.net", wait until it's finished, and provide the full results)
