Hunting For a Resource Pack! (SixZoSeven's Vanilla Mixed)

I was on YouTube one day and I wanted to watch a fellow MCSG player's video (SixZoSeven to be exact). I clicked on his video and saw his texture/resource pack, and was wondering if it was released to the public, or anyone knew where the Cross-Hair and Swords were from so I could make it myself.
