If the cooldown isn't possible, then why not have a SINGLE server (for testing purposes) purposely EXCLUDE map 4. I've been playing map 4 so many times that I'm considering taking my donations elsewhere due to sheer boredom.

You can do that on the 48 player servers, but we shouldn't have to be forced to play with 100% more players so we can play on a fresh map.

I play mcsg a lot, probably too much and this is not that big of a deal. While Map 4 does win 66% of the games it's not 100% of them. There is a still enough map variation that it doesn't become stagnant and I agree with everything Slasher said above.
