AS has a great community and is one of the only servers that I play on with 5 bars (with the exception of Fifth's). It has a competitive, clan-oriented community and we are proud of it. This is one of the few servers in which every game played has at least 1 'pro'. It has made me improve my PVP exponentially and has been, for a long time, the only thing that keeps me playing Minecraft in general. Every game that I play on AS, I can expect a challenging, engaging fight that has me shaking in my boots, earnest for the next game. This server is the only one that I can play on to guarantee a good game. Just 2 servers will be acceptable (4 please). I enjoy the atmosphere of AS so much that this is the first thing that I do when I have a school break, or have a rare case of no-homework. And you have just taken that away from me. You have taken it away from the most competitive, close-knit community of Minecraft players in the world. You have taken away these beloved servers from the many other AS players that have come to love this community. With these servers gone, I can guarantee you that I, and many others, will quit Minecraft as a whole. This is my anchor to the community, as it is for many others, and you have just taken it away from my community, my family. Please give it back.

Erm....correct me if I'm wrong, but wouldn't Indonesia and Singapore be far south enough to get decent ping on the AU network? *searches Google Maps furiously and attempts to see the physical distance*

For Me - My Internet is really good compared to the other people of the world. Around 80-90% better than the rest of the world.
AU - 150-200 Ping
US - 175 - 250 Ping
CA - 200 - 250 Ping
EU - 300 - 350 Ping
AS - 16-37 Ping. Look at that difference.

Getting him to play on AS is a good idea for two reasons actually:

1). It generates a HUUUUUGE pool of people for AS,

2). It means I never have to see his ugly raccoon mask face on U.S./CA again.
