Server Lag

Ok so lately every few seconds the game time freezes and everyone freezes. I'm chasing a person and they just freeze in midair, and everyone is screaming LAG LAG OMG LAG. At first i thought it was fps because i was getting 70 fps average on these servers, (125 fps on other servers), so i downloaded optifine. I am now getting 110 fps average so now i never get fps lag. But its still happening. game time freezes people creaming lag, and because of this i am on a BIG losing streak that I'm not happy with. And this lag started since the beginning of spring break. I'm not trying to be hateful but its very VERY annoying to me. Is there anything wrong with the server? people overload?

The frame lag that you are receiving doesn't have anything to do with the server or anything, it has to do with your computer.

These people that are freezing- that ain't no FPS lag. That really is the server.

Idk why, but MCSG has indeed been quite laggy in the last 2 days. But don't worry about it- they know what's happening and they're obviously trying to solve it.
