If I have a 50k Instagram, can I get VIP on here? This is NOT my app I am just wondering because I know that one kid had like 30k and got it. But I know he gets bullied so I am not sure even if I want too.

VIP is, to my understanding, only given to youtubers with 10k+, former senior staff, very important friends of senior staff, and creators of maps on the servers.

I'm 95% positive they wouldn't give him VIP solely because he had 30k followers (probably a youtuber or builder also). And yes, people would definitely buy followers just for VIP if they gave out VIP for 50k followers.
