EDIT: And about the scrims, we only really go tryhard when we are losing for a bit. For example, Socially once said "Ball is life", and the next scrim was just us basicallly saying ball is life the whole scrim. We don't really try most of the time, and I know that isn't an excuse for losing, but i'm just trying to explain our traditional scrim records.
