Well if you're banned on one account you shouldn't be using another...

Any alternate accounts you wish to transfer your upgraded account to, will need to be owned by you (confirmed by checking your IP). It's not allowed to pass around lifetime accounts to friends or teammates.
Therefore, you can't transfer your upgraded account if you've been permanently banned from our servers. Or at least, it won't do you much good. Because using an alternate account to avoid or get around a ban is not allowed and the alternate account will be banned as well as the IP address being banned. The only exception to this is if you have been banned for having an inappropriate in-game name. Only in that situation are you allowed to use an alternate account and transfer your upgraded account to it.
