He's Ground Grass so it's nuetral

hey buddy, i dont really care. I was making a true statement, I don't care about your backstory.
It was the clans backstory, and we have won the argument over the Clans name and rights. One more thing you still haven't really proved your point yet, you also haven't replied to my other reasonings I have stated and listed, but anyways This is none of your business whatsoever. I'd also ask if you would leave the thread without a word or phrase.

We had a problem with WillyRin, the old owner of CyanVolts. He thought that CyanVolts hadn't disbanded, even though the thread was locked. So we do that so he can't make another thread.
I appreciate your attempt to explain the situation to BlitzCometITU . However this is not actually the case. The unregistered trademark symbol in the thread title is not actually supposed to represent an unregistered trademark on the clan name, nor does it benefit from protection. It was placed there purely for aesthetics and does not actually mean anything. I understand the confusion that went on here and I apologize for any seemingly animosity driven and/or bitter comments or remarks.
However after conducting further research, legally I am fully able to place the symbol after our name if I seriously wanted to (this may be false or misinformation but this is what I had read). Technically if I wanted to I could file for a registered trademark, but this would be a tedious and expensive endeavor, and as this is a small clan made up of nobodies, it does not concern me. Under common law though, all I need to do is be the first one to use it and I can have it as long as I want. Inserting the symbol after the word allows me to claim ownership. So whenever it is that the public associates the mark with my "goods or services" I have established a common law trademark. Theoretically I can keep the symbol there in the title and it's fine (unless someone proves what I have just said is wrong and I have to apologize for lack of in-depth research, which will most likely end up happening with my good luck).

AndyFlips & R3vVolution, he was not asking whether we were allowed to use the name. He was asking if we had actually gone through all the trouble to place a trademark on the clan name, to which my answer is: no. We have not.

You have to pay to trade mark something, you can't just slap the symbol on and call it good.
This is true, it is a more in-depth process however.

In my opinion you could have been more polite and respectful here.

I could have, but someone who is telling me to leave without a say, who doesn't even know what he's talking about doesn't deserve my respect.

Try to find one grammar mistake in that.

My opinion on the topic- Should The_Great_Tito become a Buddhist Monk?- is as follows:

Tito, I think you are a very wise and intellectual person, but at times I feel you are a bit rash. Last Tuesday, at 8:07 p.m. you told me to shut up. While I was making the kind of noises one would hear during anal cleansing, it was rude to suggest that I was being annoying enough to need to shut up. Now, being a Buddhist Monk takes manners. I feel you are polite, deep down, but since your family's cat died 1 year before you were born, I think you just have some unattended mourning to do. Seeing as Buddhist Monk's are also bald, I think that you may want to make sure that you look nice without hair. In my own opinion, I do not think that you would look good bald. I have never seen you, but I can conclude that you would not look good bald based on context and voice recognition patterns that I have wired in my brain. Now, for the last point, you play video games. Now most people would be okay quitting such a meaningless hobby, but not you. You are The_Great_Tito. A name like that indicates that you are an extreme noob and are hit several times a day by a sock monkey. Buddhist Monks are allergic to sock monkeys, so, therefore, you can not become a Buddhist Monk.

Thank you for your time, and I hope that this solves the problem at hand.
