Since I can't find the original post I will go with this one. You always say stupid things about leaving it really annoys me. Whenever someone threatens to leave I will not try to stop them. If they get pissed off over a small miscommunication portion. Then so be it. Just remember I went from ts to ts looking for you to apologize instead of you just to stay and wait.
