My ms connection down if I buy a better internet?

Hi there, I'm Uruguayan and I'm using the google translator

I wanted to know if my ms connexion would be better if I change my internet to 20mb / s download a 50mb / s download and 10Mb / s upload?

I am currently in the U.S. server I get 200 ms. If you increase the megabytes of my internet from 20 to 50 the lagg down to 100 ms? Or at least down a bit? The MS connecion depend on internet?

Are you using windows? In that case, press your start button, type "cmd", hit enter.

I had a quick look and TBH even if you upgrade I don't think you'll notice much of an improvement. If you get a 6MS ping to a server in Uraguay, I assume you live near there. But there aren't any servers near by, I believe it's just how far away the servers are that are causing you trouble.
