Ok, so I've heard from different sources about the use of Macros. I am here to ask some questions about the uses, limitations, and legality of macros.
  • I know that the Minecraft "Macros Mod" is not allowed, but are other programs, such as Razer Synapse, allowed to be used for macros?
  • Are there certain limitations? (Such as a FnS placement macro allowed, but continuous clicking not allowed?)
If a staff member could respond to this that would be great. Thanks! Sorry if there is already an entire thread about this, I have just never seen one before.

I'd assume they wouldn't be allowed as they serve the same purpose as "Macros Mod" however I'm not 100% sure.

Yeah, that would make sense. I think the point of that rule is just so players aren't using a modified MC version, but I'm not sure.

I know that FnS macros are allowed because I asked an administrator about it. You should probably go on teamspeak and ask some administrators about it.

Any macros outside of your minecraft client are allowed for things such as flint n' steel, ... But they're not allowed if they are used for breaking the rules, for example: spamming the chat with messages, ... Hope this helped you clear your confusion.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact me through pm! Have a nice day :)
