Well for experienced players 250 is not much x'D
Maybe it should depend on the amount of games a player won.

I've only had 250 points total ONCE in my whole time playing SG, and it wasn't even on my main account...

maybe 2.5% or 5% of your point, and not more then 2-3 more votes

I'd only agree if it were over 100 per extra vote.

Who cares if somebody racks up 1000 points and votes 10... it's a single match it takes many matches to rack up lots of points.
