He uses an alt account called [Removed for safety reasons] and some numbers at the end. My friend told me this. Not sure if It's true though. Since again, I just joined the community of AS.

It is an abuse. He should not be using the alternate account if he is perma-banned.

Firstly, the rules clearly states that you can't be banned for revealing an alternate account. These are the three rules that I see in the official MCSG Rules (Version 3.0), unless you have a "third" eye..

• Rules..
  
  • Using an alternate account to avoid or get around a ban is not allowed and the alternate account will be banned as well as the IP address being banned.
  • If you were banned for an inappropriate name, you are allowed to use an alternate account.
  • Using an alternate forum account to like your posts so you can get active member is not allowed.

If I were to report you to any staff members, you'll probably be begging for mercy. Also, I wouldn't want to remove the message so I can use it as proof that you have an alternate account even though you're perma-banned. Please read the rules before playing the game or at least make sure you're up to date with it.
