Is this harrassment?

So, as I do everyday, I'm playing mcsg, having a good time and such. There's a person (Don't want to name names) who claims to be the best. I obviously know they aren't (never heard of them) but I check their stats to make sure . As I predicted, he/she was just some person (I suspect spamming on other lobby's for attention, but I don't know for a fact) and I tell them "no you aren't, you suck" I wish I could have taken back what I said, since I didn't realize that some people take words more seriously than I do. (IRL I say suck to my friends and such everyday.) They respond with "ik i was jk" so I realized they were just playing around. Then a Diamond donor (Again, I don't want to name names) came along and said I was reported for harassing "such and such".

Is this harassing? The person made it obvious they were not hurt by what I said, but is saying the word "suck" harassment?

Thank you for reading this, and thank you for understanding my viewpoint, I don't want to get banned for something that you shouldn't be banned for.

I think you're okay. Harrassment would be if you told him he sucked multiple times. You said it once and he said he was kidding. You should be fine.

I don't even think they did screenshot it. I tell people I screenshotted them all the time to get them to shut up.

Just don't worry about it. If you get banned post a ban dispute and tell them it's not harrassment since the other player took no offense from it.

Umm that is not what he meant.. the other user didn't take it offensively and someone ELSE reported it even though they didn't know if it was offensive.
