The best base is a bedrock level obsidian base with 2 or 3 layers of obby on the floor and normal obby walls. Preferably near lava to get tons of obsidian xD.

Not really.
If ender glitching to then top of the Nether isn't allowed, and getting to the End is impossible.
Yes, it's the best base.
But, 3 layers of obsidian really doesn't make a difference, why? You may ask?
Because if you are going to make it three layers, why don't you make the outside 1 layer obsidian and the inside two layers of wood.
Or add some lava on the outside.

well at bedrock level you cant really go under the bedrock..... and you cant ender glitch from the sides only from the bottom so....
