I'm curious. Have you ever experienced an embarrassing death? Or a completely ridiculous one? Post! 
My death: I attacked someone confidently (because I had an iron sword in my inventory) and I completely forgot to equip it. I spent a few seconds looking into my inventory for the iron sword and attempting to equip it until I died a horrible death.
