No. It actually means an imaginary, remote and exotic paradise.
I think it's apparently spelled without the apostrophe, so like Shangrila.

EDIT: Just looked it up in the webster dictionary, and Im right it isn't a word. Your word is invalid But I do like pikachu as well.
