Dang, my parents forbid me from having a mic (TeamSpeak, Skype, Etc...). I really wan't to volunteer and help out. Also what is the right place to post this?

Yes a mic is required, but I don't think you need to record. It is essential to have good enough evidence and have sufficient proof that they deserved what you gave them. Also, sorry but it would be denied, for being way to short. (Answers) Also, this is the wrong place to post your app. Posting it here allows the forum members able to point out all the in edibles. There is a spot to post it and it should be in staff opening on the forums.

Well when it comes to having sufficient proof for hackers, being able to record is mandatory.. what works well for me is the free version of fraps, pretty simple to find and download, and it's good enough for the job.

Also you might want to get a mic, I've heard of someone who was not accepted because they didn't have one.
I'm pretty sure if you look in the right places, you can find a decent mic for a very reasonable price.
