Chad is building a house, all the walls that he built all were facing South. A bear comes to his house, what color is the bear?

Considering all the walls are facing south, then he must be at a pole. Specifically the North Pole. Therefore, the bear is white as it is a polar bear.
Fun fact: Polar bears aren't actually white, their clear hair reflects the colour of snow.
