"Necro" refers to a "necro-post", which is what you just did.
A thread that has not been posted on for over a month, and then randomly posted on, is "necro'ed".
The word "Necro" means "dead", as in the thread is dead or outdated.

What OhFancy means is kind of like when a really buff person is being punched and says, "Hey, you wanna tickle me any more, or are you done?" or something in the same manner. (Basically, almost daring you to necro again. Except he doesn't actually want you to necro again.)

Oh, and also, necro-posting is not allowed. I almost forgot that.
