For the pictures, upload them to http://imgur.com

For the map download, go to %appdata% > .minecraft > saves and find your map name. Right click it, choose 'Send to' and then 'Compressed (Zipped) Folder'. Then, go to http://mediafire.com and drag the zipped folder into it.
