Well of course! You can't expect the Sr. moderators to hand out moderator ranks without a reason, no?

We've done enough of that, you make too many mistakes.

Me, or the staff members in general? Let me remind you; I am simply a moderator. I'm not the entire staff team, nor am I speaking for them. The long reply I wrote was simply my opinion, although it is fact-based. Don't direct your anger or your grief towards me because I can't speak for the others.
Can you show me some of the threads that lead you to the conclusion that we haven't done our jobs right? I haven't seen any that haven't been locked without a reason because I'm a relatively new moderator, and I'd like to see what's causing the community to feel this way.

Yet you speak for them when arguing the opposite point? Forgive me if I'm confused, but I don't see quite how that makes sense.

If you cannot speak for other members of staff, then speak for yourself. Give your own opinions on the matter and how it should be handled. The staff should not operate as a hive mind, where everybody shares a single opinion, but rather as a dynamic team, working together to refine ideas on how to improve MCSG. People will hold different opinions and there might be some arguments, but the resultant product will be far greater than an idea created purely from one point of view.

Just my two cents, but I believe that everybody should speak their mind, no matter what their opinion (as long, of course, as they keep it mature and avoid deliberately offending anyone else).

Locking, as these are matters that you do not need to discuss, out of respect for Philly. It's up to him whether he wants to share the reasons he was demoted, not us.

And I can also tell you that it was not for no reason. Philly is my friend, and though I might not agree with his demotion, I do agree that he has done some things a bit out of line. Regardless, it was not my decision, or creepy's, but was discussed by the admins and community managers, you know the rest.

But making threads about it simply to cause a reaction, accusing us of conspiracies, "crushing your free will", etc, is not helping anyone. Once again, the reason these threads are being locked is out of respect to Philly, as it is up to him whether he wants to disclose the reasons. Not because we are crushing your free will, that's stupid.
