I don't see this going down well. While I don't think you have wrong intentions, many people would go into something like this with the wrong attitude and people could get pretty offended.

Like RC said, I don't think this will work very well. No matter how well you try to organize it and keep it clean, there will be trolls and there will be those people that get easily offended. People will get upset over things and in the end it will just cause more drama.

On behalf of certain senior staff members and myself, I believe that it would be best not to have this as this could be demoralizing to certain members of your community. I don't mean to ruin the fun but it's only for the best of our community.
